Val Freya by The Northern Poet

When I first contacted The Northern Poet I was in the process of exploring a documentary idea about reconnecting to the ancient knowledge of the British Isles, the deep rooted nature based wisdom. After hearing Val Freya for the first time I then started planning an ode to the landscape of the rugged misty isles of the UK with his song as focal peice. This is that ode. Filmed over a year across the UK and Ireland.
